Short and concrete: what the platform does, what it deliberately does NOT do, who answers for what, and what happens to the data when the engagement ends.
What the service is
From the customer's business mail archive the platform builds a database of contacts and companies, recognises who replied to whom, extracts commitments with a verbatim quote, and prepares draft messages for reactivation campaigns. The service is per instance — each customer has their own space and settings.
What the platform does NOT do
- It never sends on its own. Every draft has to be approved by a person; sending stays with the customer and their mail client.
- It does not scrape addresses from the web and does not buy lists — it works only with the archive the customer connected.
- It does not guarantee a business result (replies, contracts or revenue). That depends on the quality of the database and the content of the messages.
Customer obligations
- The customer warrants they may use the archive they connect and that they send messages in line with the rules that apply to their recipients (including direct marketing and data protection rules).
- The customer honours opt-out requests. The system permanently excludes such contacts, and the customer must not put them back into a campaign by hand.
- The customer safeguards their credentials and keys, and reports any suspected misuse at once so the key can be replaced.
- Impersonation, bulk unsolicited mail, and any use that breaks the law or a mail provider's rules are forbidden.
Availability
In the pilot the service comes with no guaranteed availability. Maintenance and short outages are possible. Any guaranteed availability level is agreed in a separate contract.
Price
Price and scope are set by a separate offer. Third-party costs (language model processing, channels billed per message, external data sources) are not included in the base price unless the offer says so explicitly.
Ownership
- Customer data stays the customer's. Leniventus does not use it for its own purposes, does not sell it, and does not train models on it.
- The platform, its code and how it works belong to Leniventus, and stay so after the engagement ends.
Ending the engagement
The customer may cancel at any time. On termination: access is switched off, the customer receives an export of their data in machine-readable form, and the instance is deleted — backups expire within 30 days. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Leniventus is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for lost profit and indirect damage is excluded, and total liability is capped at the fees paid in the last three months.
